General Description
Communicate with customer and warehouse operation department, send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
與客戶和倉庫操作部門溝通,按規定向倉庫下達操作任務,并跟蹤訂單跟蹤報告,確保及時收貨和發貨。
Specific Accountabilities
1. Communicate with customers, deal with customer needs and customer complaints
2. Daily order processing and maintenance to ensure completion within KPI
3. Send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery
4. Timely deal with order anomalies, operation anomalies and some system data anomalies
5. Prepare and arrange promotional activities, cooperate with warehouse operation
6. Activity data analysis and summary
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
1.與客戶溝通,處理客戶需求和客戶投訴
2.日常訂單處理和維護,確保在 KPI 范圍內完成任務
3.根據規則向倉庫發送操作任務,并跟蹤訂單跟蹤報告,確保及時收貨和發貨
4.及時處理訂單異常、操作異常及部分系統數據異常
5.準備和安排促銷活動,配合倉庫操作
6.活動數據分析與總結
7.完成上級交辦的其他任務
Skills Required
1. Good English reading and writing skills
2. Proficient in Office software
1.良好的英語讀寫能力
2.精通辦公軟件
Experience and Qualifications
1. College degree or above
2. At least 1 year related experience (excellent fresh graduate is also acceptable)
1.大專或以上學歷
2.至少 1 年相關工作經驗(也可接受優秀的應屆畢業生)
